Terms of Service

Sendarapay is a technology platform for pricing, recording and tracking cross-border payment instructions. Sendarapay is not a bank and does not itself hold customer deposits. Where payment processing, currency conversion or payout is performed, it is performed by third-party providers engaged for that purpose.

The application is offered in a private beta. Features that move money activate only after your account and destination corridor are approved and the relevant provider is connected. Screens describe availability accurately; a feature marked as planned is not active.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. We may request additional information before enabling account features, and may suspend or close an account for suspected fraud, unlawful use or breach of these terms.

You may not use the application for unlawful purposes, to evade sanctions or controls, for gambling, weapons, controlled substances or other prohibited activity, or to send funds on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

Fees and exchange rates applicable to an instruction are shown before you confirm it, including the rate used, any markup, and the amount the recipient is expected to receive. Subscription plan charges are shown at checkout and renew until cancelled.

You may cancel an instruction while it is still awaiting funding. Once an instruction has been sent to a provider, cancellation depends on that provider and the receiving institution. Report an error or an unauthorised transaction promptly through Support so it can be investigated.

The application is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sendarapay Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the application before they take effect, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
