Regulatory Disclosures
Last updated February 2026
This page states plainly what Sendarapay does, what it does not do, and who performs each part of a transaction.
Current status of the service
Sendarapay operates in a private beta. Money-moving features — funding an account, sending a transfer, collecting on a payment link and milestone payments — activate only once your account and destination corridor are approved and the relevant provider is connected. Until then those actions are unavailable and the application says so at the point of use.
What Sendarapay is
Sendarapay Corp is a technology company. It provides the interface, pricing display, records and tracking for cross-border payment instructions.
What Sendarapay is not
Sendarapay is not a bank, does not take deposits, and balances shown in the application are internal ledger records rather than deposit accounts. Sendarapay does not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and makes no representation that the service is available or suitable in every jurisdiction.
Who does what in a transaction
Funding a transaction is performed by a payment provider. Currency conversion and delivery to a recipient are performed by payout partners in the destination market. Crediting a recipient's account is ultimately done by the recipient's bank, wallet operator or cash payout agent, on that institution's timelines.
Pricing transparency
Before you confirm an instruction the application shows the exchange rate applied, the mid-market reference rate, any rate markup, the fees charged, the total you pay and the amount the recipient is expected to receive. Delivery estimates are estimates and can be affected by the recipient institution, local cut-off times and additional checks.
Sanctions and screening
Transactions may be screened and held for review, and may be declined where they cannot be completed lawfully. We may be unable to explain the reason for a specific decline.
